Okay, for Funkie Junkie 12 Tags, Tag #5, sponsored by The Funkie Junkie Boutique, this is what I came up with:

My tag was inspired by the pale pastels of the tag and the abstract trees of Linda's tag:

Supplies:

• Zig Emboss Writer with Stampendous Frantage in Shabby White on a library card
• Color Box chalk in Creamy Brown 
• Twine and seam binding from my stash. I glued the twine at an angle, not the top-center
• Catkins from alder trees painted with Liquid Leaf 
• My tag ended up much more rustic-looking than Linda's abstract-ish card
