"Love it" with acetate

The current challenge at CAS Mix Up inspired me to dig out some acetate and see what I could do...

Trust me: it started out CAS, though as I look at these pictures I am even thinking it is borderline not-CAS... hmmmm...

  • Teresa Collins star acetate from 2010
  • Distress alcohol ink in Pink Sherbet, Wild Plum, and Purple Twilight
  • Recollections "Love it" stamp inked with Distress Embossing Ink and heat embossed with Recollections EP in white
  • Those gold flowers were on my desk-- just punched from a scrap I didn't want to toss.  Thought they added a little fun to the already fun card!

I'll share this as intended at CAS Mix Up.

  1. Love the purple and Pink AI's on your star acetate Mimi - they really pop off the black stars! thanks for joining us in the CAS Mix Up! Julia xx

  2. Your alcohol ink on acetate add a wonderful color contrast behind your black and gold stars. TFS Mimi and so pleased you joined us at CAS Mix Up. Hugs

  3. Love the distress alcohol ink look behind the acetate panel and such a fun layout. So glad you shared this beautiful card with us at CAS Mix Up x
