My First "Card Concept" Creation!

I've been waiting for the folks at The Card Concept to open shop again! I was happy to see Challenge #39: Daisies... I knew I had a couple Martha Stewart daisy stickers left... I've been hoarding-- ahem, I mean keeping-- them for a worthy project... Here it is!

And here is my fun card:

I feel like this could fit multiple styles, but I'm going to call it "Heavy CAS".  There's something kind of freestyle about the circles and spots when mixed with the daisies, but style is a funny thing: what is CAS to one person may be more graphic to another... I'll be interested to hear others' interpretation of this card's style.

Supplies:

  • Yellow dimensional paint, hand-scrawled and spotted
  • Martha Stewart daisy stickers
  • EK leaf punch
  • Stamp Simply sentiment stamped with Tim Holtz embossing ink and Stamp-n Stuff embossing powder in Winter Wonderland and popped up on Core'dinations black
  • Fiskars corner punch
