SOS: Craftin' machine!

Hello!  Thanks for visiting!  This week at Shopping Our Stash, I am your hostess and have chosen the theme "She's a craftin' machine!" I am encouraging folks (as well as myself) to use the craft machines that are a little neglected.  I am guilty of neglecting my electronic die-cutting machine... poor thing.  It just becomes a production to get it out with all my papers and vinyls and then the machine itself takes up a lot of real estate on my kitchen table (I don't even bring it out to the shack-- eventually I'd like to have a table for it, but that will be in the future.)

Supplies:
  • Found some gel-printed papers and busted out the Cricut Explore Air 2 to cut the flip-flops out.
  • The main background paper was in my scrap box-- old K & Company from many years ago
  • The green background paper was from a huge pad
  • The "Hello" was already just sitting on my desk!  Stash-busting at it's best!
  • All flowers were pre-dicut using my Big Shot.  The bigger flowers are by Spellbinders and the smaller flowers are by Tim Holtz-- the smaller flowers fell onto the craft shack floor as I was putting the flowers away, so I decided that they were volunteering and I added them!
  • Viva Paper Pearls in Anthracite added to center of flowers
Thanks for stopping by!  Hope to see you over at SOS with some machine-use of your own!

  2. Fabulous stash bustin' card, love those flip flops and all the patterns. I can see it would be hard to have a large tool around I don't have one but it's enough with the cutter and the big shot and mine is old so have a lot of parts to it. I pretty much take over the coffee table at the cottage, a craft table and most of the couch beside me, there has to be a better way lol.
