Let it be

This was a project made when I was trying to get my creative wheels turning after a week of no crafting...

Supplies and notes:

  • "Let it be" written in Strathmore watercolor paper with masking fluid
  • When dry, smooshed in the shown DIs (the Worn Lipstick and Dried Marigold was used in combination for a coral-color)
  • The sentiment didn't stand out enough, so I outlined wth a Faber-Castell Pitt and shadowed with a Spectrum Noir grey
  • Faux-stitched with a Faber-Castell Pitt
I used the color inspiration from TGIF, where I'll share this, and I'll also throw it in for this month's HLS Watercolor Challenge:
