More birds on library cards...

These are two small cards with panels made by monoprinting from a stencil used for THIS card.  I'm really impressed with the clean and un-muddied results:

Supplies:
  • Heidi Swapp stencil monoprints with excess Color Burst pigment
  • Library card bases mounted on to some scrap DP
  • The crane was cut from a Sibley day-planner and the hawk was cut from a small basic guide from the 1970s.
I'd like to share this at the current TGIF Challenge:

...and again at Simon Says Stamp on Monday for Your Favorite Tool: scissors!

  1. Holy cannoli! Just when I thought I was going to stop drooling, I see these two mini masterpieces! You are NAILING IT project after project and I loved seeing your cool application of color on these and on the previous entry. You'll have to school me in using Color Bursts as I always want things to look like this, but never quite get the right combo. I bow to you, Color Burst Master, and am so glad you shared your skills with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!

  3. I see I could surely use my stencils more often and in other ways than just sponging through the holes... I'm trying to get more inky and messy, which doesn't come all that natural to me. Very impressed by the were clean, neat lines achieved here.
