Here's the sketch:
Supplies and notes:
- First, a confession: I bought more paper. I know I shouldn't... I am on a mission to reduce my stash, but this is why!!! The creative crafty designers-- you know, the people with our dream jobs-- keep coming out with radical and affordable stuff! I made this with pineapple paper from a sweet DCWV pack.
- I edged the paper and the hand-cut banner with Distress Crayons and smudged them with water.
- "You give me" was stamped with my handy Target dollar-bin alphas, inked with ColorBox in Glacier Lake
- "Joy" is a diecut from Taylored Expressions, included with a prize I won last year.
That's all!
I plan to start sending cards to the Send A Smile 4 Kids peeps, but first I am going to ask a nurse-friend if her hospital could use a batch of cards. The SAS4Kids site lists great childrens' hospitals, but none are in the Pacific Northwest... I need to reach out and see if any hospitals out west have a program like this.
