Black and white...

I haven't played with Stamping Smiles Design's Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge in months... here I am!


Here's the board:


Supplies and notes:

  • Rexel Derwent pencils: I doodled the laurels, and I doodled on the leaves.  The "Happy Birthday" sentiment was written by yours truly, also.  Embarassed to say my arm got tired...
  • Core'dinations black paper
  • The leaves are Tim's Sizzix Alterations dies
I'd like to also share at Tuesday Throwdown for their "Happy Birthday" Challenge.  I should really get in gear and use the current Tuesday Throwdown challenge to beef up my stash!

    Wow, Mimi! Your doodling is absolutely amazing! (I can image your arm did get tired!) You did a great job using the elements in the inspiration board! Thanks for playing along at Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge #14...glad you were able to join in the fun!

    Your doodling and handwritten background are great personal touches and I love the blackboard look of the leaves. Very stylish in black and white!
