Not a CREATURE was stirring...

Made this for the current Jingle Belles challenge :

  • Rexel Derwent watercolor pencils; the moose was colored with Copper Beech and Brown Ochre
  • Moose and sentiment are the Holiday Grumplings by Taylored Expressions inked with Ranger Archival in Jet Black and Ground Espresso
  • Red twine from the local dollar store
  • Canvas pieces from Hand Made Modern line from Target, last year, on clearance... score!  I adhered them with Glossy Accents
  • Backgrounds: DCWV polka-dot paper, and BasicGrey green accent mat

  1. You know I love me a Grumpling ... a half way jingle pretty much describes me around the holidays ... so very glad you joined us at jingle belles

  2. Haha! This is hilarious and looks like me in the morning before coffee. Lol! The sentiment inside the card is perfect for the grumpy dude on the front. Grumplings-now that is a good name for em. Ohhhhhh you made me laugh! Thanks dearie. Hugz! ~Niki

  3. I can definitely be like that! Ahhh! Love this cutie! Hugs, Autumn

  4. hehehehehe! that is AWESOME! you've rocked the grumpling set inna big big way! ps: thanks for joining our celebration of christmas critters at JINGLE BELLES, missus! <3

  5. I've always loved reindeer on Christmas cards. This is not the typical reindeer I would normally be thinking of, but I love his grumpy face and the fun and ultra festive design!
