Cactus card for a teen

Made this a few weeks ago at my daughter's request... and I did it within like 10 minutes late at night!  Just found these pix as I was going through my phone...

Supplies:

  • To be fair with my "10-minute" estimate, I had painted the sentiment on an earlier occasion (Finetec Pearlcolors gold palette)
  • The diecut circle in the background is DCWV resist paper inked with Color Bursts
  • Cacti die cut with my Cricut Explore Air 2 from two-sided DCWV cardstock
  • Gold thread from my stash
That's it!  I'd like to share this with CAS on Friday for their Dies challenge.  I don't think I have ever shared there before!  I just found them recently.

  2. I haven’t found anything cacti craft items in stores here, but I’m into cacti and have several real and fake ones around in our apartment. I like the colors here too as well as the big beautiful sentiment.
