Butterfly Birthday

Here's a CAS card:

It was fun to make-- just busted it out in a few minutes!  Ahh... CAS is also an acronym for Convenient And Simple!

  • Watercolor paper used to mop up extra Color Bursts, then cut into a strip a circle with a die from Autumn... thanks!  I never thought I would use these circle dies so much!  But you knew I would!
  • Gold rub-on's by Heidi Swapp
  • Birthday greeting written with a Zig Emboss Writer and embossed with Ranger EP in Princess Gold
I plan to share this at:

  1. great watercolour strip on the card, I love the random mop up of the brusho's. thanks for joining us at CAS Watercolour

  2. Mop ups can end up being the best cards, can't they??!! Here's a great example, Mimi. Your watercoloured strip and circle are so pretty. Love the gold butterflies. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!

  3. I love the mix of pretty colors on this! Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!

  4. Love how you used this sketch, Mimi! Beautiful "mop up" pieces and butterflies! Thanks so much for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour!

  5. I see you've done a few sketch challenges lately, and I think you're doing them with your own style, which I think is the purpose of sketches. Great job!

  6. Clean and sensational!! I love the little details and the color variations. So glad you joined us this week at FMS!
