This is my tag #6, based on Linda's post:
It was inspired by the simple, vintage feel, the holly with pink berries, and the corugated cardboard of Linda's tag:
(Check out The Funkie Junkie Boutique)
Supplies:
- Library card base plastered with Teresa Collins modeling paste, then I mixed some Walnut Stain Distress Paint and Tarnished Brass Distress Stain and daubed it over once dry.
- Petal Pink Liquid Pearls
- The cardboard was from the doors to the craft-shack!!! (Hopefully they will get installed Sunday!!!) I painted the cardboard with Spun Sugar Distress Paint
- The greenery was the negative space of a K & Company stencil, stained with Peeled Paint Distress Stain
- The ribbon was from my stash
- The sentiment was from a xmas sheet from years ago (BasicGrey?); I cut it out and painted it with Ranger Crackle Accents, then wiped some Tarnished Brass Distress Stain over parts with my finger
Love the sentiment across the corrugated strip! The bit of greenery is fabulous and the background is just so great with the text peeking through. Hugs, Autumn
ReplyDeleteAnother delightful library card tag! Love the die cut greenery and the corrugated backed sentiment. That huge green bow is such a great finishing touch - just gorgeous! Thanks for joining in again for our Week #7 tag!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
