Supplies and notes:
- The tag is an old library card (derrr) and I used Vintage Photo Distress Stain, smooshed on
- Twine is from the Dollar Tree
- Bird from Jolee's Boutique
- Flourishes are Tim Holtz Grungeboard painted with Fired Brick Distress Paint, then touched up with Distress glitter in Antique Linen (and let me tell you: this Antique Linen glitter was worth every cent... it is such a nice color... pale, pale silvery-gold. It is so nice.)
- The paper for the banners is from an Anna Griffin paper pack from years ago called "Calico Christmas." I edged each with Vintage Photo Distress Stain, then painted with Ranger crackle.
The craft shack windows were installed today! Doors come next week! Thanks, hubby!
Great tag, love the red and gold flourishes!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous Mimi, I love the birdie embellishment and all that luscious glitter!

Really nice sparkle and shine. Playing with glitter is really messy, but so worth it!
ReplyDeleteoooooooooh i ♥LOVE♥ this!!! i love it just on it's own... i love it as a great take on the inspo tag... and i ESPECIALLY love hearing that other ppl have a bunch of precut elements "ready to roll" that wind up not being on the tag, but ARE being saved towards future awesomeness!!! ♥♥♥
ReplyDeleteps: i have grey grungy baggies with stuff in them as well... they were too sad to photograph so i went with the tattered envelope section of my stash, lol
pss: antique linen distress glitter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lovely! Great inky background and lovely flourishes. Cool banner strips too. Fabulous take on my tag! So glad you are still hanging in there for this challenge!
