Supplies:
- Color Bursts used through Tim Holtz's Flowers stencil (blue) and Roses stencil (red) then monoprinted onto Strathmore watercolor paper
- The watercolor panel popped up with 3 M dimensional tape
- Tim's found relatives popped up also. On the blue card I just edged the photo with a black Sharpie. On the red photo, I coated the girl with Distress Collage Medium in Crazing then edged it with Brushed Pewter Distress Crayon... click for detail.
- Sentiment written with a Micron 08
I'd like to share these at the following challenges:
- Simon Says Stamp on Monday: Tear it up (Ummm, I guess I'm in a tearing phase-- these will be my third entries into this challenge...)
- Frilly and Funkie: Give Thanks (and these are my second entries here... even though they are pretty simple, the definitely say funky-vintage to me!)
I just love these - the stencilling / printing is great - the colours look surprising with vintage photos (I love the woman on the first one) - the torn paper design - Love!!!
ReplyDeleteWOW!!!! Those are two amazing projects!!! Love love love both of them! Can't decide my favorite!I also LOVE how you altered the Tim's found relatives with Crazing, it gives an extra vintage look!! Well done !
