Supplies:
- The main panel is from a Cosmo Cricket watercolor pad (new to my collection-- if I see watercolor pads, I have to buy them...)
- Background paper is Core'dinations cardstock
- I used Twinkling Watercolors from Autumn as my watercolor medium

Mimi - is this foiling? Wow - what a fabulous effect! Love the richness of the twinklings - must give mine a run again. Do you have a hot foil machine or use a Big shot?
