Here is my card:
Supplies:
- The colorful panel is resist watercolor paper-- it was already cut like this (5"x6.5" with a circle cut from the middle) when I found it...
- I added Lindy's Stamp Gang Magicals in Rudolph's Red Nose and also Ken Oliver's Color Bursts in Ultramarine Blue then popped the whole panel up on 3M dimensional adhesive.
- The patriotic sentiment was written with a Ranger Letter It pen on Canson Mix Media paper and heat-embossed with Letter It in Gold Tinsel. {The Letter It pen is actually a stashy-item because I prefer my Zig Emboss Writer... the Letter It pen goes on so clear that you can't really see what you've written whereas the Zig Emboss Writer goes on paper blue. I decided to just write my sentiment in pencil then go over it with the Letter It pen-- normally I would not do this because I wouldn't want to make the pen icky, but since I don't even use the thing, I thought, "What the heck..." So liberating! I think I will actually use it now!}
- Sequins from my stash
- The red tinsel trim was from a holiday section at a local store. I hot-glued it on.
That's all! I will send this to one of my daughters who will both be at summer camp during 4th of July. Boo-hoo. I'll miss them.
