Here's is my quick creation:
I snagged these old animal stamps from the school... they were in this big forgotten box in a nether-region of the school (anyone who works at a school knows that there are dumping grounds hidden... we have a few such areas). Anyway, these are old, cheap foam-backed stamps from the '80s... pretty cool looking, really. I used three Tim Holtz Distress Paints to ink the elephant: black soot, frayed burlap, and Victorian velvet. The Martha Stewart twine matched the frayed burlap and Victorian Velvet perfectly! I also used a Viva pearl pen and a Zig Emboss Writer with black Recollections embossing powder. Ta-da! So quick, and kinda cute.
Wonderful work!!! Thanks so much for joining us at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog! - Ashli :)
